There are no cancellation fees, you can cancel your subscription at anytime by giving us a call or sending us an email. However, you must clean your house at least twice to receive the subscription discount. If you cancel the subscription before your second cleaning, you will be invoiced for the discounted amount of your first cleaning.
Payment is taken after services are performed. If you booked online, your credit card on file will be charged. We accept cash, check and most major credit cards.
Residential customers can book fully online! Please visit the residential services tab for our automated booking system. Commercial customers can schedule their desired date on our system. However, one of our team members will have to reach out to perform an estimate.
There are NO cancellation or rescheduling fees, if you reach out to us 24 hours before for your scheduled cleaning. Otherwise, a flat $50 fee will apply.
